Management is pleased to update all Residents about Club 66. The renovations are well under way.

The smoke sealing is now complete. This is a process that seals the space between the walls and the roof, allowing the smoke smell to dissipate. All the doors inside the Club are being replaced this week. There were approximately 30 doors damaged for various reasons. Replacement of duct work is also underway. Plumbing and Electrical is also about to begin. The trades for the finishes are presently being organized to start the necessary work. This would include flooring, ceiling tiles and painters.

There is still lots of work to be done , but we’re well on our way.

Fast forward to Summer , the Pool will be opening on Wednesday June 4th! Management is in the process of hiring the lifeguards.
