Tables, chairs or other equipment are not to be taken or moved to other areas of the centre. Please do not use tape or pins for hanging decorations. Card tables & folding chairs are not available for rentals. Guests are required to depart no later than 12:45am/ hosts no later than 1:30am. Drinks are not to be taken outside. The games room is available to party guests during regular club hours only. All other areas are NOT available for use Guests are the responsibility of the host. Should the conduct of their guests require their removal from the centre, our staff has the authority to ask them to leave. Any complaints from residents due to noise and/or problematic behavior will result in a minimum 50% of the damage deposit being cashed by the recreation centre. You will also not be permitted to rent out any party room here at Club 66 for a one-year period. Parking is not allowed on the premises. Guests are to park on either Baif Blvd. or on Weldrick Road West – please see attached map In order for your event to run smoothly and with the least amount of disturbance to your neighbours in the surrounding buildings, we require your co-operation in the following matters: Unloading of Vehicles with Party Food, Supplies etc: Please be advised that the loading & unloading of cars must take place from Weldrick Road. For your convenience, there is a sign on the fence, which reads “66 Baif Blvd”. Please refer to this when giving directions for deliveries. There is direct access to the recreation centre through a gate & path that lead to the back door of the building. Parking in front of the centre to load & unload supplies will not be permitted. Disregarding this policy will result in the forfeit of your $200.00 damage deposit as per the Club 66 Management Committee. Upon arrival at the recreation centre, please check in the with the staff member on duty & they will unlock the rear door of the centre. Entrance of Guests: Guests parking on Baif Blvd. can use the front entrance of the centre to enter and/or exit. However, noise must be kept to a minimum. Guests parking on Weldrick Rd. must enter and/or exit through the back of the centre. Guests may be dropped off & picked up in front of the main doors of the centre WINTER CONDITIONS Due to snow, the rear entrance off Weldrick Rd. is at times not accessible. When these conditions arise, the loading & unloading of cars carrying supplies is permitted in front of the centers main doors. However, guest parking must still be done off the premises & all due respect must be given to the surrounding residents as to the noise level of guests arriving & leaving the premises. CHARGES: Payments are payable by cheque (or cash) only and are payable to Yonge North Recreation Centre (Y.N.R.C.). Any cancellations received 10 days or less to the event will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Charges for renting a party room must be paid at least 14 days in advance & are as follows: RENTAL FEES: $150.00 (resident rate) / $200.00 (non-resident rate) a resident sponsor must attend the function. A $200.00 refundable damage deposit is also required. This must be paid by cheque or money order. CLEANING FEES: Cleaning charges: $35.00 – $75.00 depending on the number of guests The set-up & cleaning rate includes the: Stacking of chairs/tables in the room & removal of stacked tables, garbage bags & chairs from the party room. Mopping of the floors. Disinfecting of the kitchen. Anything else will be billed according to the length of time required. Hosts are responsible for bagging all garbage & the removal of all decorations & party supplies. STAFFING FEES: There is a $21.50 per hour charge if the event is held before or after normal hours of operation Overtime starts if the party runs later than 12:00am. Overtime rate is time & a half ($30.00).
